The mission of Birdfish is to bring the local community together to enjoy fresh craft beer and create unforgettable memories with the people we love and the people they love.

This location is open and in brewing operation focusing on 1bbl (31 gallons) experimental beers. The taproom UP TOP is open on Friday & Saturday where you can find 5 experimental beers on tap and in constant rotation. Customer feedback on new beer releases is so important. You can sample and have your review considered at this location before the beer is moved to brew in larger batches at the production facility.

When you visit Birdfish, you will find live music from local and traveling musicians UP TOP every Friday and Saturday evening from 7-10 PM. When there’s not live music UP TOP, they're spinning vinyl on the turntable for your enjoyment.

Something that really sets Birdfish apart from other breweries is that directly across the street from the tasting room is a city lot designated specifically for food trucks.  Outside food is welcome!  Bring in food from a food truck or another local restaurant and enjoy with a cold pint of beer in the Tasting Room! How cool is that? You get your favorite food and favorite beer, all in the same place.

 Birdfish has taken the beer brewing to a different level. The best part is, it's LOCAL! Stop in and give them a try today. You won't be disappointed.

In 2017 the production facility was opened at 140 E. Park Ave. Columbiana, Ohio, otherwise known as the DOWN LOW.  Birdfish has a 7bbl (217 gallon) Portland Kettle Works system that has allowed them to distribute their delicious beer to 60+ locally owned independent restaurants, bars, and bottle shops.

Late 2018 2nd taproom was opened, DOWN LOW where they serve 12 different craft beers. Now open 7 days a week you will find 12 unique beers on tap: barrel aged beers, sours, hazy/juicy IPA’s, and some of the other more popular beers brewed. They have a gift shop at this location where you can pick up cans to-go and other really awesome Birdfish merchandise.
New can releases also happen at the DOWN LOW. A partnership with A Pirates Life Pinball at the DOWN LOW sets this taproom apart from the UP TOP where Birdfish offers pinball, skeeball, puck, and classic ball bowlers… there are also a couple of TV’s hanging around where you can catch those big games and other popular events going on.

Welcome to BJ's Brewhouse! BJ's originally started as a pizza shop before they became a brewhouse and restaurant. Now, years later they offer 18 delicious unique pizzas. Ranging from a tavern-cut, deep dish and made-to-order combinations. They craft their hand-pressed deep dish pizza dough to be double proofed.
